Terms of Service
Starside Panel · Last updated: October 2026
1 · Who we are
The Starside Panel (“the Service”) is provided by E-LAB Music Edizioni Musicali di Amato Francesco, trading as Starside Records, Via Baldassarre Biassa 73, 19121 La Spezia (SP), Italy, VAT no. IT00948000112 (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@starsidemusic.com.
Subscriptions and processing credit are sold to you by our authorised reseller Link (Sold through Link, LLC), a Stripe company, which is the merchant of record for your purchases (see section 4).
By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2 · Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details when you sign up. Your account is personal: do not share your password or let other people use your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
3 · Plans, free trial and renewal
The Service is offered as a monthly plan (€6.99 per month) or an annual plan (€59.88 per year). Current prices are on the pricing page and include VAT. The final amount, which may be shown in your local currency, is confirmed at checkout.
New customers get a free 7-day trial. A payment card is required to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel. One free trial is allowed per person, email address and payment card.
You can cancel at any time from your account or from your Link account. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. If you cancel during the free trial, the other sections close straight away and you keep free access to Club Charts World until one month after you signed up.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is settled. If we change our prices, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance; the new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
4 · Payments, invoices and refunds
Payments are made through a checkout operated by Link. Link charges your payment method, applies the VAT or sales tax due in your country, sends you receipts and invoices, and provides support for payments, billing and refunds at support.link.com. Your purchase also falls under Link's payment terms shown at checkout. Questions about the Service itself go to info@starsidemusic.com.
5 · Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of signing up, without giving a reason, by cancelling in your account, by writing to info@starsidemusic.com or by contacting Link support.
Before you subscribe we ask you to tick a box to request that the Service starts immediately. Because of that request, if you withdraw after you have been charged you will be refunded the amount paid minus a proportional amount for the period you used. Unused prepaid credit bought in the 14 days before you withdraw is refunded in full. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
After you subscribe, and after each paid job you start, we send you an email confirming the contract, including the request you made by ticking the box and the date it was given. Please keep it as your record.
6 · Processing credit and paid jobs
Some tools (track analysis in Chartbreakers Radar, Lyrics Lab and Audio Analysis) run on our own servers and are paid with prepaid credit, in euro, with a minimum top-up of €5.00. Credit can only be used for jobs in the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as stated in section 5 or required by law.
Before each job we show its fixed price, based on the type of job and the length of the track, and the job only starts after you confirm. Each time, we ask you to tick a box to request that the job starts immediately and to acknowledge that once it is completed you lose the right of withdrawal for that job. The price is taken from your credit when the job starts. If a job fails or cannot be completed, the full price is returned to your credit automatically.
7 · Your files and results
You may only upload audio and other material that you own or have permission to use. You keep all rights in your files. You give us the limited permission needed to process them to run the jobs you request, and nothing else: we do not publish your files or use them to train AI models.
Uploaded files are deleted from our processing server when the job ends. Results are saved in your “My analyses” archive until you delete them or close your account.
Results are produced automatically, using signal analysis and AI models, and may contain mistakes, for example in lyrics transcriptions, keys or tempo. They are provided as a creative and research aid and do not guarantee any commercial or chart result.
8 · Charts and third-party data
Charts and track information come from public sources and third-party services. Audio previews used for analysis come from official sources only. Track names, artwork and trademarks belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Data is provided “as is” and may be incomplete or out of date.
9 · Acceptable use
You agree not to: copy, resell or republish data or results from the Service in bulk; access the Service with bots, scrapers or other automated tools; try to get around access limits, the one-trial rule or payment; interfere with the Service or its security; or use it in breach of the law or of other people's rights.
If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account. Except in cases of serious or repeated breach, we will warn you first.
10 · Changes to the Service and to these terms
We may improve, change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel. We may update these terms; we will tell you about important changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
11 · Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the Service available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
12 · Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.
